Beautiful day on the hills, waterfalls and the city, a nice opportunity to see a less classic Vietnam
-Robin Hill: view of the city from above, you can take pictures of panoramic views of the city.
– Truc Lam Zen Monastery: a meditation monastery where the local population comes to practice meditation and to pray for good fortune.
-Lago Tuyen Lam: the largest lake in Dalat. The locals call this lake “the lake of paradise”
– Datanla Falls: go on a roller coaster (2.5 usd extra) down a hill to visit the waterfall hidden behind the rainforest vegetation. It is not a mighty waterfall but the water falls softly like a beautiful girl.
-Bao Dai King’s Summer Palace: the last royal palace. Visit the place to learn more about the history of Vietnam and other interesting stories of the king
-Dalat Flower Garden: thousands of types of flowers and shoot the best photos
-XQ Historical Village (for private tours only): traditional Vietnamese art where silk is embroidered with expert hands, to represent aspects of life and nature.
-Domain De Marie Church: visit the church of De Marie of Dalat to see the particular architecture of this church, pink color between the Dalat tribe community house and Roman architecture.
Itineray in detail
In the morning, you can enjoy the fresh air in the morning at RoBin Hill, see the total view of the city of Dalat and enjoy the miraculous view of the pine forest that stretches to the south.
After taking some photos you can take the 2300 meter cable car with the beautiful view of the vegetable fields in the valley covered by pine forests and continue to visit the lake of Tuyen Lam.
Surrounded by a pine forest, Lake Tuyen Lam looks like a hazy paradise in the morning near the Zen monastery of Truc Lam, known as Vietnam’s largest Zen university, built on top of Phoenix Hill with a very peaceful scenery next to the beautiful flower garden.
Continue south, you can visit the Datanla waterfall with a magnificent view and try to approach the waterfall through a rollercoaster ride.
On the way back to Dalat City, we will visit the King Bao Dai Summer Palace, the emperor’s last home and the unique cultural lifestyle of the Vietnamese through royal decoration, the significant historical site of your trip to Dalat.
Lunch at a local restaurant, our guide will introduce you. or you can decide if you already have a specific place for lunch.
In the afternoon we continue our trip to the Da Lat Flower Garden (formed in 1966) famous for the flower paradise with a rich collection of local and foreign flowers: chives, azaleas, bird of paradise, roses, impatiens, hydrangeas, orchids, cactus …. You can walk in the bonsai park, take pictures in the colorful flower garden, go horse riding or use the swan pedal boat, stroll along the romantic lake.
If you love works of art, XQ Historical Village is very interesting for the original hand-embroidered works, it is a worthy place to watch with many important handmade embroidery works and to discover these fantastic works of art, you will also be surprised and admired for the fascinating women who work here.
After that we visit The Domain De Marie Church, locals call it Cherry Church because of the shining beauty in the morning when the sun appears above the church.
Wearing shoes is better for the waterfall.
